I'm a design leader with over 20 years of experience building teams, mentoring designers, and creating high-craft digital experiences. Most recently, I was Head of Design at a stealth AI startup where I built the design organization from the ground up. Before that, I spent time at Roblox working on creator tools and marketplace experiences that millions of users interact with daily. At Candy Digital, I led product design for their NFT marketplace and collectibles platform, working closely with major sports leagues like MLB and NFL. I'm passionate about bridging the gap between cutting-edge technology and human-centered design.
